5 stars to the poor waiter who had to run around like crazy to wait on tables and help the useless bartender

Slow service, conflict between waitstaff and bar, dirty drink glass, all food cold when finally delivered, $26 prime rib very cold, no sign of recent roasting, suspect leftover, supervisor removed from charge slip, but insisted it was warm, declined my invitation to test this refrigerator cold meat with her own fingers, supervisor unapologetic, waiter acknowledged many other customer complaints, paid $57 for substandard ribs, appetizers, and drink, used to be good, I will avoid in the future

we order salmon served over salad, excellent warm whole wheat bread loaf.

THE BEST RIBS in the Portsmouth area! Hands down! I go here at least once a month, and the quality of the food is consistent. The ambiance is fun for the whole family too.... Excellent pina coladas as well, and amazingly good kids' meals.
