Naval Sea System Command ( or NAVSEA ) has released its latest Standard Specification for Ship and Alteration. The FY-08 publication includes Standard Item 009-32 for Cleaning and Painting Requirements; Accomplish. Section 3.1.3.2 of the report lists the Sponge-Jet technology as an effective alternative to other conventional abrasive technologies.
