Provided by YP.comI don't advise anybody to go there if Adam Mitchel is still working at that place...
He is a very mean person and if you don't accept what he offers, he will screw up and will make you feel miserable !
I will never go there again !

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely the worst! The manager Jonas, at the Newington NH store is completely rude. I had taken in an online quote for wheels and tires both. He agreed to match the price plus installation. After it was decided that they wouldn't install because of TPMS sensor issues I opted to install myself. I asked Jonas if he would reduce the amount of the quote seeing as how they were not going to have to dismount my old and mount new ones on the vehicle. He reply to me was " that's the price, take it or leave it"! Verbatim! I was shocked I was actually hearing this. I turned as I was leaving and asked him to confirm his name was Jonas. He confirmed and I said I would be happy to pass onto corporate a glowing compliment. His replay, and again this is verbatim, was "whatever"!.
Had his first answer been something like, I am sorry but we have very narrow margins and I cant meet that price or thank you, I would like to earn your business but we are unable to negotiate any lower I would have still given them the sale.
Plenty of tire shops, I wouldn't buy a wheel barrow tire from these folks in Newington NH
Bottom line Jonas the manager, should be given some lessons in customer service or removed from the front line.

Provided by YP.comCan't thank Town Fair Tire and Jonas Scott enough for their help with the tires on my car. I walked in thinking I needed to get new tires, but Mr. Scott inspected them, measuring the tread, and told me that I didn't need new tires just yet, just a rotation and alignment. The price was great, the service was fast, and my car drives better than ever with this new alignment. They saved me money and gave me peace of mind and so when it is time for me to get new tires, I will go back to Town Fair. Thank you again!

Provided by YP.comTown Fair has all my business for a reason. Extremely knowledgeable staff, they'll work with you and their prices are pretty good. You may be able to beat the prices on the internet, they'll match them. To me though, the expertise they offer is worth a few dollars more. Not to mention tire rotations, snow tire change overs that they include as part of your purchase. I've purchased at least 6 sets of tires over the last 8 years and have been extremely happy with them. I've even used their 30 day no hassle swap'em policy as the tires that I wanted were not the best fit for my car. The ones they had recommended were a much better fit for ride comfort and handling.
My only suggestion to them would be to add WIFI to their waiting area. While they're pretty quick with doing the work, it would be far easier if you had a place where you could work/surf while you waited.

Provided by YP.comA terrible place !
I still remember that about two years ago I went to the Town Fair, next to the Wal Mart Supercenter, in Newington, NH.
One of my tires was a little flat, so I went there in order to have it fixed.
I went to the parking lot with the manager, in order to show him the tire.
The manager then, called ADAM MITCHEL pushed me to have all the tires rotated and others work to be done, in order to have my car OK again.
I politely told him that all that I needed was that tire to be fixed for that moment.
For my surprise, he started to raise his voice to me, claiming that I was not understanding the situation !
I just turn my back to him and then, he started to have fun on me by saying loudly that
the fat guy did not want to spend money there.
The fact that I am over weighted does not give him the right of humiliating me in front of the other persons on that parking lot that day !
Thanks God I wrote this, in order to warn people about what happened there.
