Judge bandy took my standard visitation away based on his own words "what may or may not be happening in the home". My ex wife presented false evidence and testimony. He took my ex-wifes word that my 4 year old said "we all sleep in the sam ebed" we don't I sleep on love seat, my wife sleeps on couch, they sleep on the beds in a separate room. HE is biased either because I am disabled, not paying child support(because I am disabled) or because i lack a lawyer(if I cant pay child support how would I pay a lawyer child support would be first when I get money) not honorable, doesnt followthe law, and works on cases when their is a clear bias. at the on set of the case he told me "She is crazy" referring to my ex wife. now I am the crazy one WTF! he also demanded my personal medical records, because I am disabled he needs ot know if i can care fo rmy children,but he has me on supervised visitations.
