CrossFit 55 is Newnan and Coweta County's newest CrossFit facility that is located right in downtown Newnan. Our goal is to "Forge Elite Fitness" for everyone regardless of their age or ability. We follow the CrossFit methodology which mixes Gymnastics, Weightlifting & Cardio type stuff such as running and rowing. CrossFit uses constantly varied, high intensity functional movements to produce the best results possible in a workout program.
