Purrrrfect.We bought a car from CarMax who are supposed to be very thorough --we even got warranty from them..we had to take car back to them, picked it up still not fixed..one trip to Crossroads-- no more problems

These guys are FANTASTIC! They've been taking good care of my car for the ten years that I've lived here, and have never let me down. They are professional, yet very friendly, have good hours, fair prices, and always try to "work me in" when I'm in a bind. I'm VERY pleased with all the work I've ever had them do. I highly recommend!
