Provided by YP.comThe service was very friendly, however I did have to wait for a little bit while she helped another customer. There was no one else working at the time. But the service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received my item in a very speedy turn around time. I was very pleased with that and the prices are great. My only complaint was that my item didn't lay correctly after being embroidered. It seemed as if it may have been stitched too tight and made the letters not lie flat. But it is not too bad. Overall I do recommend this business and will use them again in the future.
