Took my machine there for repair. They call me Monday & told me it was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up & waited in the shop for a while & waited & waited, finally I told them I was kind of in a hurry & I need it the machine. So the problem was that they could not find my machine. So they asked me to come to the back & help them identify my machine, they had dozens of machines, but not mine. Finally in the distance I see a man pulling a lawn mower, Could it be mine? Yes it was. This guy was one of the techs there, he had taken the machine home for the weekend so he can mow his grass. How convenient & unprofessional is that. I wasn't even fixed right. They charged me to replace the air filter, I check the filter & I was a new filter but not the right filter. They pushed the wrong filter in place & even had to bend the corners to make go in. Very bad management & his crew is not well selected. I rather buy a new machine before taking it here again. Save your self a headache!!!

Timely service had all my parts and were extremely helpful. Will definitely go back.
