I noticed a leak in my water heater Tuesday evening. My brother had used HIS Plumber when his water heater needed to be replaced. I called HIS Plumber Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Amanda and Angie, who set everything up, and asked me to send a few pictures for them to review. A couple of hours later, David called me and after a brief discussion and a review of the images, he sent me a good faith estimate to review. I approved the estimate early Wednesday evening. Thursday morning Greg showed up to install the water heater. I believe Greg is the same person who installed my brother's water heater also. Greg was pretty amazing. The original set up, that the contractors put in when the house was built worked, but wasn't optimal and used inferior products. The water shut off valve was above and behind the water heater, making it very difficult to get to, and they used cpvc everywhere. Greg, relocated the valves and upgraded them with ball valves instead of the water spigot type valves. He had to re-route some of the lines, and upgraded them to copper. I have a real appreciation for someone who is really good at his craft, and Greg exceeded my expectations. Greg isn't just good at his craft, but he is also a great conversationist, who is polite and respectful. Everyone I delt with was great! The communication was fast. I have a lot of experience with estimates, so I understood that an estimate is just that, an estimation of cost based on what can be seen and not a final bill. I was pleasantly surprised that the final bill was a little less than the estimate. I feel 100% comfortable in recommending HIS Plumber to anyone in need of this service. They appear to be very honest and up front. They gave me options and their recommendations. Overall, I am very happy with their service and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Really a good plumber. They'll make an appointment and keep it. I've used them twice now and couldn't be happier. Once was an emergency and they responded quickly and were quite proficient in effecting repairs. I'll be using them again.

I have used His Plumber many times over the years for small problems and huge ones. Most recently (Nov. 2022) a leak in downstairs bath. Two visits were required to solve and fix the leak. It was tricky to find. Turned out to be a broken washing machine drain pipe in the wall of laundry on the main level. Nathan & Hunter repaired the leak and now the mitigation process could begin. These plumbers are professional, courteous, and do great work! They even recommended Champion Cleaning Systems, a local company, who did excellent work cleaning up & drying out the affected areas! It's terrible to go through these situations, but so much better to hire reputable companies! In the past, I experienced a flooded basement where I was unhappy with the job that was done! Plumbing services are expensive, but these guys' excellent work was worth it!!
