Do not use these people. They do not stand by their work. They came out to pump out my tank, but never took the lid off. Spoke with Alfred about this and he said that's what they do and he was ok with it.

We contacted Horton's early Friday morning, and I spoke with a very nice lady named Jessica. They were able to come to our home early that afternoon. LJ and his assistant were very professional, and LJ answered my many questions. They made sure our septic tank was emptied and also functioning correctly before leaving our home. We will be sure to use this company again when maintenance is again necessary. Thank you, Horton's and staff!

Horton's provided wonderful phone assistance from Lacey and Jessica when my septic tank backed up into my home. Lacey eased my extreme concern with very informative details on what to do until she could get a technician out. We received relief from their technician , LJ and his helper, within 3 hours! Excellent service an very well mannered young ladies and gentlemen.
