Kathy took care of all the paperwork, loan, and extended warranty for me answering all my questions and making changes that I requested. Provided by YP.comOne word, amazing! The customer service is 10 out of 10. My car decided to stop on the side of the road, and I had to get it towed. I actually called ahead to see if they had the part I needed and I got a live person! Amazing! They quickly transferred me to the service department where I was reassured they had the part and would take care of me.
I was welcomed to the Mike Fitzpatrick Ford Lincoln Mercury service center with a smile and comfort. Mr. Ferdinand Figueroa was my service advisor. Thank goodness for him. I was a mess. I needed to hear someone thought my car was going to be okay. I got just that. I will admit I don’t know anything about cars and my family isn’t close. It was great that the service center employees especially Mr. Figueroa understood how worried I was and helped me through my stressful day. There is nothing like your car smoking on the side of the road when you have somewhere to be. After Mr. Figueroa reassured me my car would be in good hands, he told me his driver would drive me to my destination. My driver was Curtis Chapman, who drove me right up the road. He was so nice. I love it when you actually have a legitimate conversation with someone who really cares. You can tell he likes his job. Anyone can drive a car, but not everyone can be personable and genuine.
I made a request that they call me when they knew what exactly was wrong with the car. Once the car was done, they left me a message on my phone just as I asked. I called back and got directly to my service advisor (Mr. Figueroa). No horrible music while you’re waiting, just an immediate answer by a service advisor. The driver picked me up very quickly and was on my way back to my car. Mr. Ferdinand walked me to where I would check out and to my car. Guess what? The price I paid to get my car fixed was reasonable! Seriously, how common is that!
When I sat into my cleaned car (it wasn’t that clean when I dropped it off- guilty) I was able to drive back to Carrollton knowing my car was okay
I don’t know what I would have done without The Mike Fitzpatrick Service Center, Ferdinand Figueroa, and the rest of the staff. I will drive from Carrollton to Newnan to get my car taken care of from now on.
I firmly believe in acknowledging good customer service. If you need your Ford fixed go to Mike Fitzpatrick Service Center and ask for Mr. Figueroa.
