I walked around the store so many times looking for help you would've thought I worked thr. They'll walk around to make sure ur not stealing but won't offer any help or even speak to you. Very poor customer service!! I'm being forced to give them 1 star!!

This is the worst place to come shop! Poor customer service and racist behavior from employees toward black people. It's the black people that's making them rich and the employees have the nerve to be racist. I actually heard one of the employees call a black woman the N word! What horrible place to shop!

No customer skills���� Oh my why have people to open a business and leave a bad taste in your mouth!! Close it down! They made me so angry! I live in a country where I can buy what I want!!

In my opinion, this store has changed and not necessarily for the better. Lady workers are not friendly and make you feel like it's a burden to help you. One sales lady in the wig department was very friendly and helpful, but forget the ones who work the check out area. Men are friendly and helpful. The 99 cents jewelry (made in China) should sell for 29 cents. It will fall apart before you drive out of the parking lot. Will not go back.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The woman that helped my try on wigs was so sweet and helpful. After trying on wigs that just didn't look right on me, she picked out a wig for me that was absolutely perfect for my features! I would definitely do more business here!

I SIMPLY HATE THIS PLACE!!! WE THE PEOPLE KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. THE MAN THERE IS NICE BUT THE WOMEN ARE AWFUL & RUDE. THE ONE WOMEN THAT USE TO WORK ON TEMPLE AVE NEEDS TO GO!!! I had a very horrible and racial experience at this store. I was in there looking at wigs, and no one would come over to assist me. Being a professional stylist, I took it upon myself to use a new wig cap and try on the wigs. This is not the first time I have done this. Well, the ladies came over and started verbally attacking me for trying on the wigs. Although I told them I am a professional stylist and they have allowed me to do this in the past, they just weren't trying to hear it. The one lady pointed to the sign and said "Why can white people read this sign" suggesting that black people can't read. They embarrassed me in public and did not allow me to try on any more wigs, although I offered to by 2 wigs. The ladies here are miserable and rude and have no respect for the minorities that keep them in business. If you can take your business elsewhere, up the street there is another beauty supply store and the man is much nicer, I would. I ended up putting my wigs back and vowed to never shop their again. I am also thinking about getting a lawyer just because that was just how embarrassing and hurtful the situation was. If I could give them a 0 I would a 1 is to high. Take your business elsewhere, as they do not respect the black community that keeps them in business.

Im a well respected stylist in the area. I'm just leaving this store and honestly if I had time would have gone to another store. The lady working the register was extremely rude. If our money isn't good enough for you by all means shut your store down and go get another job. Her attitude when I corrected her on the wrong amount of change she gave me was utter disgust. I promise you I will shop else wear or continue to go to professional stores like Salon Centric or Sallys before I give this store another penny of my money.
