We absolutely love Shaggy Chic! My golden retriever (Sasha) has been going to Shaggy for 7months, her coat has never looked better. The owner is very friendly and eager to give you tips on products and she also gives a report card for your dogs day with her. My Sasha is always smiling and full of energy, and she always smells good and looks beautiful ....thanks to shaggy chic. I especially love the ribbons and scarf that is made personally by the owner, just great!

We tried this business a few days ago where my two dogs received baths and cuts. The price seemed reasonable and at first we were pleased. But immediately after picking up our dogs the youngest dog would not open on of her eyes. My husband took the dogs immediately to the vet after picking them up from Shaggy Chic. Long story short my dogs had to be treated by our vets on several appointments due to one dog having eye infection and the youngest dog has damage to her left eye. Total costs: $101.50 for grooming and total vet bills $307.33 (for visits and meds). So the total cost for his grooming visit is $408.83. The owner showed no remorse and no concern to what happened to my dogs. It is more than a coincidence that both dogs had issues with their eyes immediately after being groomed. The youngest dog left eye has damage/trauma to her eye where the color of her eye changed and required pain meds. I would NEVER recommend or take my dogs to this establishment ever again. If you love your animals, please do not take your pets here.
