I went in today and was not greeted by anyone. I then asked a lady with a accent to help me use the compass and she just told me yeah yeah and then turned her face away and ignored me. Then she went on and greeted the next customer with a smile and chose to help her instead. I went to the computer and she showed up and scolded me stating I wasn t allowed to touch it . I told her she was being very rude and that I asked her to help me and she ignored me. I feel very offended by the treatment of this employee and I will not being doing business here anymore. I was only shopping there to support the small business even though I can purchase all of their products for much cheaper online with free shipping and no tax. I think the shop owner should care more about the way her customers are being handled and treated. If she did, she wouldn t hire such incompetent employees.

Thanks to the staff at the herb shop. I have started on the hormone cream which has immediately taking affect. last night I had the best sleep I've ever had in ages, and I have yet to experience the first hot flash today. I was very surprised because she said it would take 3 days for to start noticing . Thanks everyone there at their shop! I will definitely be back!
