H. Smith Inc out of Jacksonville Flordia are the owners of this complex. The folks that they have hired to manage this complex, Debbie Quick and Kim are the most rude and disrespectful people you can ever meet. This apartment complex is a "section 8' housing and the prior management valued the people that lived here, thus having a great neighborhood to live in, now its horrible. The management does not care about the tenants issues (loud ghetto music being played by passing cars that run thru hear looking for a "drug deal", and speeding through here like it is the Daytona 500 and disregarding the Stop signs that are posted in the complex. The management "badger" their tenants. This place receive federal funding from Rural Housing and economic development agency and are misusing their funds they receive. They allow drugs to be sold on the property, but turn a "blind" eye when the "deals" occur. When a tenant reports an infraction to the apartment rules, nothing ever gets done about it. That is why Tranquil Villa Apartments are not longer "Tranquil".
