I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THIS CARL'S JR. FOR OVER FOURTY YEARS. IT WAS ALWAYS A QUALITY ESTABLISHMENT SERVING HIGH QUALITY FOOD WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

TONIGHT I WENT TO THE DRIVE-THRU, AND ORDERED TWO MILK SHAKES, AND I RECEIVED A POOR QUALITY, WATERY PRODUCT. IT ALSO SEEMED THAT THE STAFFING WAS SHORT, AND THE EMPLOYEE AT THE WINDOW SEEMED OVERWHEALMED. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN AT THIS STORE FOR A FEW YEARS, AND THE QUALITY AND SERVICE HAVE DECLINED. PERHAPS THIS WAS A BAD STAFFING DAY (EASTER 2013).

PLEASE RETURN TO THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE WHICH I REMEMBER. THANK YOU.
