MLN Studio was born in South of France The first studio of Pilates Suspension Method (PSM®�) and training program. As wife & husband but also associates Nick and Lydie opened MLN in the middle of the covid period and it was a successful fitness studio Together they were able to supply their customers with a comprehensive set of coaching, training and nutrition tools and techniques. They successfully achieve their health and functional fitness personal objectives. But their goal was bigger ! MLN studio is at his beginning. They create MLN app! Courses & training online for their French people and moved in California with their little son & dog to bring in Balboa Island their business. Spread their new brand in Orange County.
