Save yourself the headache - hire another company.



We hired this company and had the worst experience you can imagine from a moving company. Their customer service is non-existent. The contract that they have you sign and the commitments that they make verbally couldn't be more different. And once they have your stuff, you realize that they have no intention of meeting their verbal commitments. And if you are lucky to get your stuff after 2 months of waiting, like we did, you'll find that all of your expensive computer stuff is missing and many other things are just damaged beyond repair.



Before considering this company - review the BBB. Go to protectyourmove.gov to understand your rights and prevent companies like this from existing. Because once they have your stuff, they have all the power, and you'd be surprised how little systems have been put in place to protect you as a consumer.

I and my wife used Nationwide Trusted Movers almost 8 months ago, moving from our 2 separate apartments in San Francisco to our new home in Las Vegas, Nevada. We still talk about how the move. It’s been long enough that I don’t remember the names of our mover. But they started out with 5 young men for the load in, and reduced to 3 for the load out. They showed up early. They all introduced themselves, and were just really nice guys. They even complimented us on our furniture, my wife’s art. During the load-in at the house, they admitted to having broken something. From the look on the guy’s face, I was worried. Turns out, it was a just a citronella candle that I’d forgotten was still stored away inside my gas grill. They actually offered to credit us the cost!!
