We've been here a few times and the service is the worst part. This location is only 10 minutes from our house but we drive South 30 minutes because we get better service. Not a great Lexus experience.

The most awful dealer in newport beach

The price is higher than the other dealers. Do not buy the cars here, esecially from this pat all, the only thing They can do are just threat you to buy a car. They can asked you a lot of personal question so directly. And they lied to you about the price, They tried to intimidate you to buy a car, Bobby is the awful and dishonest sales manager that I NEVER EXPERIENCED, he is not professional at all and he also like to discrimed customer, The sales people here are mean and rude. Do not sign anything with this dealer, they will trick you a lot of detail that the sale themslevs does not even know about it. When you visited here, the sales will follow you to everywhere, he ( bobby ) even follow me to the door of woman batheroom, and he waited for me to come out and intimidated me to buy a car, I asked one bottle of water, Bobby told me that I did not buy the car here, I can not have water, I never met him, but he said he saw me many times, I think he is crazy to sale the car to me, but he should not follow me to the batheroom. He asked me " how much that you make? How much money that you have? What kind of car that you drive? " I did not feel comfortable about those question and requested him to leave me alone. And he did not WANT TO LEAVE. His co-worker told me he had a mental problem and he had a lot of problem with the other customer IN THE PAST, if he had a mental problem, he sould not work here, how could he sale a car with a right price? The service is so awful and not pleasure. I won't spent any penny here if they are so cheap. This place sounds have a serious financial problem, if they care about one bottle of water or a cup of coffee that they offered, they might face a bankruptcy soon. You can tell why there are not too many people come here compare to the Mercedes just down the other side of Jambree. I won't come here anymore since I was here only once, NO ONE WILL SPENT MONEY FROM THE DISHONEST SALES.
