I chose orange county permanent makeup because thier website has the best before and after pictures, are all perfect and you can tell they are raw pics. I could see all her certification certificates. April Sampson was so sweet and down to earth. She made me feel so comfortable, she is very confident in her ability’s but very humble and quiet, Most impressive was her perfectionism, she is a master colorist and she custom blended colors to match the color of my pencil! She is truly a beautiful person inside and out. I googled her name and found out that she is a playboy model, but you would never know it by her quiet, professional and humble personality.

I received permanent makeup from April a week ago and could not be happier with my results. Orange County Permanent Makeup was my first and best choice. I walked in last Wednesday around 11:00AM finding myself in the most tasteful office. April then numbed my eyebrows before my procedure and gave me forty minutes to relax and unwind, while reading a magazine and looking through the before and after pictures on the table beside me. April then walked me into the procedure room and reassured my worries. She then began using her permanent cosmetic tattoo machine and worked on me until my eyebrows looked natural and flawless, matching my hair color exactly. It was painless. April then read me step by step the aftercare instructions and called me the following week to check how my permanent eyebrows were looking. I look and feel fantastic. I am so thankful for April!!!! I will definitely go back for my eyeliner and recommend her to everyone I know! Thank you April!!!
