Had a great time at my friend's wedding! Ran accross this page and remembered she said her experince with the coordinators were seamless! The Food was good and the Captain was so nice! We all enjoyed ourselves!

We were planning to hold our wedding venue here. After we paid the deposit, we were feeling uneasy because there was no communication from them in regards to follow up with us. We then decided to hold it somewhere and wanted to use the deposit for another boat on another date. Terry Wilson, the contact person, started ignoring my emails and not willing to let us do that! They just took my deposit and ran!!! Bad bad bad! Go call and figure out yourself. Your experience might be better off than mine, but I will never ever refer any of my friends to go there from now on.



Just took my thousands of dollars of deposit and ran!

HORRIBLE customer service. They did NOT live up to the reputation that they try to portray. The staff on the boat was great but the rest of the staff was RUDE to me, they did not return phone calls or emails. Jared basically told me that I was a liar when in fact they were the ones that dropped the ball. My wedding was fantastic but I will always have a bad taste in my mouth for PAYC.

Don't get fooled by the nice atmosphere and elegant site.

This is the worst venue ever. Just had my wedding and they promised everything before the deposit, full bar, free soft drinks, juice, ice tea, etc and even a tasting After the payment has been done (Christine has been rushing the payment all the time), they were not responding to anything anymore.

They did not want to do the tasting, the hour hosted bar came down to 40 minutes and they even charged $2 per soda or juice!!

Also, the "buffet" was not even enough. Guests were not allowed to be served if they did not finished their salads and the salads plates were all cleaned up, so that took almost 30 minutes. We had 250 guests sitting there waiting for 30 minutes so they cleaned up the salad plates and by the second time they went for the meat, there was no more prime rib! only mashed potatoes and side dishes.

Worst thing of the night: the staff cut the wedding cake and while guests were eating the cakes, the staff started to clear the dessert plates from the table, even taking them from the guests hands because "time was up". It was 9:40 pm and the wedding ended at 10:00 pm but the captain said "you have 15 minutes to get out of the boat".

This is the worse venue ever. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend this venue even to my worst enemy. Please don't ruin your wedding day.

NOT HAPPY with experience on yacht. Wedding was absolutely memorable and beautiful, but NO THANKS to the service of the coordinator on the day of my wedding and the appearance of Endeavor upon arrival. The interior of the yacht was in complete shambles and MY FAMILY had to vacuum, clean and set up since there was no staff in sight and there was a mess leftover from the previous night's party. I am disappointed with the quality of service the day of my wedding. However, we still had made the best of it and had a beautiful ceremony and reception with fabulous memories to last a lifetime.
