Please be careful. I had worst experience in my life with this realtor. I was a first home buyer and was looking for Korean speaking realtor. He was a guy near. I was searching home with Robby and decided to buy townhouse in Aliso Viejo. When we offered, he suggested to make an offer higher price than listing price. I was first home buyer so didn't know much about housing market. I trusted this realtor and made over priced offer. Most of home in Aliso Viejo was sold less price than listed price. It was my mistake to trust too much this bad realtor. Second bad thing about this realtor is he suggest to not to show up during inspection. He said inspection is not important so he would take care of it. However, after closing I had a lot of issues. Realtor, Inspector and loan broker were the team to hide anything bad about the home. After appraising was done, Home size was more 10% less than listing size. He told me official size of this my home came from a county record and provided a documentation. I trusted him and believed the realtor supposed to not say lie by law. Unfortunately, he provided incorrect information. It was not county record. I checked with County and square footage almost same as appraiser size. This means listing size is more than 10% higher than actual size. I don't have a proof to he intentionally lied or not but he said "He confirmed that county record showed same as listing size." This was lie. He lied because he wanted to not break Escrow and wanted commission. PLEASE VERY BE CAREFUL. THIS REALTOR DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS AT ALL.
