Irwin Trester, Tres, a full service Labor Consultant, provides hands-on bilingual, English / Spanish, supervisory training and employee safety training. Tres will provide your employees with compliance training for all OSHA, Injury and Illness Prevention Program IIPP, Form I-9, wage and hour, FLSA, and EEOC requirements, and if needed, be your defense representation at any related administrative hearings. Tres may provide workers compensation cost control and unemployment insurance cost control services. Tres may assist in all Union Collective Bargaining needs and other union issues and represent you at NLRB hearings. Tres may also assist government employees served with a notice of adverse action and represent them at federal Merit Systems Protection Board MSPB or California Skelly State Personnel Board hearings.
