Provided by YP.comCab was arranged in advance by the Best Western for our airline crew. Van took 45 mins to pick us up. Windshield was cracked across the entire glass, van was filthy, plastic trim falling off, driver didn’t get out to open rear door, front right wheel had a metal to metal grinding noise that greatly concerned me for our safety.

Provided by YP.comI recently moved to Newport a couple of months ago and am without a vehicle for the first time in twenty or so years. I've had to call At Your Service about three times a week so I've ridden with just about every driver they have and have zero complaints! I do have a couple of favorites, Joe and Kenny but every driver is very polite and goes out of their way to be accommodating in every way possible. I will never use another service because At Your Service is the best around by far!!

Provided by YPmobileIm very disappointed with this cab service! Apparently they condone their employees to smoke weed and they dont terminate their employment when failing a drug test! Watch out for cab 17 due to he not only smokes weed in his taxi but also smokes narcotics out of aluminum foil while riding around with his friend which apparently is also against company policy! He also carries a hand gun in his taxi with no carrying license! This driver brags about selling narcotics and carrying a gun. Im reporting this drivers drug activities and the hand gun to the authorities.Maybe this company will value the safety of their passengers a little bit better! This driver is also one who drives very reckless and speeds! I would never suggest this company to anyone!

Provided by YPmobileJust saw a driver in Florence Ky cab #39 driving like a complete maniac. I wouldnt use this company unless you intend on death or injury if this is the way they operate. It was some of the most reckless driving i have ever witnessed. As a former EMT i have seen this type of driving lead to death and injury quite often.

Provided by YPmobileI just used this taxi service for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed! The dispatcher was friendly. My driver arrived within minutes, his van was clean, and he took an alternative route to avoid rush hour traffic. I appreciated his thoughtfulness considering I was in a hurry. Most cabs I've ridden in, the driver wants to sit in traffic so they can get more money! I can't remember what his name was, but he had a gold van and a Florida hat on. I will definitely be asking for the same driver next time.

Provided by YP.comI use At your service every time I come to Cincinnati they have always been on time always friendly . Before I used yellow cab when the Wards own it. All the old drivers and dispatchers are at your service. They give me the same grate service . . Even when I made mistakes they still got it right . I gave the dispatcher the wrong hotel pick up and when I called the dispatcher she got me a cab right here (. no complaints here) I have always got grate service from them . A shout out to cab # 43 Jeff thanks for getting me on time and being friendly .

Provided by YP.comMissed my flight. Called 24hrs ahead of pickup. They were a no-show. I called them 20 minutes after pick-up time. Dispatcher said another dispatcher gave the driver the wrong address and she'd have the driver call me. He called & read back my correct address. Said it must be a new street because he couldn't find it. (I've been at this address for 8 years. Maybe time to pay to update the maps in your GPS?). I asked why he didn't call me, he said he tried, but they gave him the wrong number. Yet, he dialed that number two minutes earlier and it connected. Please, if you're going to suck go badly at your job, at least learn how to lie better. A truly sad group of people who care NOTHING about their customers.

Provided by YP.comTOTALLY INCOMPETENT, dispatcher couldn't tell the driver my address correctly even though I pronounced it 3 times and spelled it twice (after all, it's an address in NKy, not in Siberia!). Driver called me a few minutes after pick-up time, said he couldn't understand the road name and might be there in another 15 minutes. Since I needed to be at the airport and had scheduled the pick-up the day before, one can only describe this bunch of idiots as USELESS MORONS!

Provided by YP.comWe used to recommend this taxi service all the time (when they were reliable and their manager was Terry). I DO NOT, absolutely DO NOT, recommend them anymore. They are extremely unreliable and the main dispatch line rep is beyond rude. Just last night one of the drivers actually parked in the parking lot here at my work and the guy was NAPPING!!! NAPPING while on the job for over two hours!!! HOW RIDICULOUS!!!!! You will wait for about 30 minutes to an hour waiting on ONE taxi. Worst part is they will keep telling you they "have a taxi on the way" and "will be there within 10 minutes"- this folks is NOT true. They won't show up for another 40 minutes or so. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR PATIENCE.

Provided by YPmobileNeeded a way to work a couple of times after I wrecked my car and I could never be there on time every time I used this service!! Dispatch is extremely rude. I've at times waited as longest 30-40 after the time I requested for someone to be here.. If you need to be somewhere on time don't rely on this service!!

Provided by YP.comBeware of the dispatcher. He is very unorganized, forgetful, and unprofessional. It"s just one in particular, and I regret calling when I hear his voice. I use this service often most of the drivers are courteous, and professional. I would say to whoever use this service watch out for "THE DISPATCHER".

Provided by YPmobileI have used At Your Service Taxi a couple times to go to the airport. All the drivers have been friendly and on time, and the cabs have been clean. My only critique is that they use an old sliding imprint machine to take a credit card instead of a POS unit. It slowed down the transaction but wasn't too bad. Overall a good experience with this company. Thanks!
