A group of us went to RIO Grande on 5/10/2013 for lunch. We all ordered at the same time, then all food came out except mine. I waited, and waited, finally after everyone else was done eating my food finally arrived. I told the waiter at that point that I was no longer interested in eating, so they could have it back. I was still issued a bill for my food. I then asked to speak to a manager, but no manager was there, the person I spoke to said the manager wouldn't be in until 6:30 that evening. I asked if I could leave a phone number, but have yet to receive even a call back. I have tried calling twice since then, in both cases still no manager on duty. We should have learned from previous experiences, and not gone back as about 3 months ago a co-worker didn't receive his food until the rest of us were done, so this appears to be an ongoing thing with this place.

The best Mexican restaurant around. Great service and food with huge portions and a reasonable price!

This is the best Mexican around - Portions are huge and delicious - You could share a meal for lunch - reasonable prices - LOVE IT!!!
