Provided by YP.comThe construction of the building is such that you can hear, quite plainly, every foot step of the person above you unless they are cautious and know about the issues. I haven't noticed any issues with hearing noise through the walls. Security has been a bit of an issue also. Drunken non residents have been known to be found sleeping in the lobby. The "fire doors" on each unit don't appear to have the recommended draft gaskets on them. The model unit which was offered to be available as a rental unit for guests at the open house and by the former "manager" (son or brother of the ownership) was never made available. The hallway carpets haven't been cleaned often enough or aren't scotchgarded properly to keep them looking clean. The elevators were terrible for many months but have newer flooring now (7/2014). On the weekends the two "free" coffee machines are usually not stocked enough and the fitness center is dirty, poorly stocked with water and the towel dispenser is usually jammed. While the location is convenient, if you can't get a decent night's sleep what good is it to be close to anything?? They really need to advise tenants to be aware of their noise levels and to use decent area rugs with sufficient padding to mitigate the noise issues. I wouldn't rent here again unless I was on the top floor and even then all the units are overpriced by about $200 each and the rumor is they are raising the rents in August for new tenants and renewals. Based on the rent it should be nicer and MUCH quieter. If things improve or decline I'll be sure to revise this review.....update...management is virtually unresponsive to compliants. While they claim to attempt to resolve issues the police have been called twice in the last six months for noise complaints and the offending tenants are still here. We recently discovered that the building is up for sale and the management has been offering deals for reduced rentals parking, yet when the most recent sale fell through all the reduced leases were conveniently lost. Nice building but you will get tired of being lied to about everything. If you dislike doing business with less than honest folks, skip this one.

Provided by YP.comProspective Renters should make sure they check into expensive utility rates due to cheap plumbing and construction. Apartment is always cold, windows leak cold air extensively, doors have gaps and are ill fitted. Garage parking is very tight and subject to weather. Water pressure is terrible and suspect they are marking up water and sewer. Last month bill was over 110.00 even though only there 2 weeks and only one occupant. Perhaps because toilet runs occasionally unless you go into tank and adjust, so much for new plumbing.
Internet is also slow at peak hours and otherwise. Trim, appliances and fixtures are on the cheap end. While maintenance person is very good, it takes several requests for management to address issues. Location and common facilities are good but overall not a great value for the high rents and additional fees..
