Dr. Chartier is a wonderful doctor. She is always cheerful and pleasant. She listens to my health complaints without prejudging. She always explains test results and answers any questions I have clearly and patiently. I have a rare illness. She is eager and willing to learn. She has obviously researched my illness since I started seeing her 2 years ago and has become knowledgeable on the subject. She obviously cares, unlike other doctors I have seen in the past. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.
