I have never had a bad hair Day here this place is the Best . I Love Cassidy she does great work on me , In fact I need a app right away .

I have never been so disrespected in my life. And by the OWNER.

Been coming to this salon ever since I moved to Newport. I wanted to get a Balayage done. Whoever I made my apt with reassured me that my regular stylist would be able to do it.

Came in and left with blotches and streaks in my hair. I wasn’t aware until my husband pointed it out later that night.

Made a hair apt with another salon the next day, who was able to fix after 4 hours! They recommended to reach out to my salon about what happened, so I did.

I talked to the owner and she said to be refunded for the service, I would’ve had to come back to their salon. Why would I go back to the same salon that messed up my hair to fix it?

Despite not being able to be refunded, I told her I would be willing to show her pics of the work I had done, because she seemed interested. I figured after seeing what happened, she wouldn’t put that stylist on Balayages anymore. But when I came into the salon, it was a whole other story.

The owner disrespected me from the start. She told me I was “supposed to be here at 6” and then told me to wait, because she was cutting someone else’s hair. I never said that. I said I get home at 6. Regardless, I tried to be nice and waited. After a couple mins, I asked her how much longer the cut was going to take, and she said she just started.

You’re going to ask a dissatisfied customer — who just took time out of her day to show you pictures to HELP your business — to wait until you feel like dealing with them?

My time — not just my money — was being wasted now. When I insisted she look at the pics, she got defensive. She yelled for another stylist to take a look at the pics and talk to me instead. You are the OWNER. Why would I want to talk to another associate/manager about YOUR business? Then, she had the gall to call ME rude and then KICKED me out.

This business has no integrity or interest in your satisfaction. They only care about getting your money.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. And by the OWNER! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Been coming to this salon ever since I moved to Newport to get root touch ups and trims. I was ready for a change and decided to get a Balayage done. I called up to make an appointment last Thursday. Whoever I talked to on the phone reassured me that my regular stylist would be able to do it. Came in on Saturday, and left with blotches and streaks all underneath the lower layers of my hair. I was not aware until my husband pointed it out later that night. Called and made a consultation/hair apt with another salon. Took her FOUR hours to fix it. Everybody at that salon agreed that I should reach out and let the salon know what happened, so I did. I talked to the owner on the phone today, and told her my story. She said that to be able to be refunded for the service, I would have had to have come back to their salon to have it fixed. Why would I go back to the same salon that messed up my hair to fix it? Despite not being able to be refunded, I told her I would be willing to show her pictures of the work I had done, because she seemed genuinely interested about it. I figured at best, she would have seen what happened to me and not put that same stylist on Balayages anymore. But when I came into the salon, it was a whole other story. The owner was not interested to see me come in at all and disrespected me from the start. Then, she had the gall to call ME rude, and then KICKED me out! I have been getting my hair done since I was 19, and never have I had this happen. If you care about your hair, and the business you are putting your money into, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. This business has no integrity or interest in your satisfaction. They only care about getting your money.
