A house they built was closed on less than a month ago. the final repairs were never completed as promised by Mr. O'Brien and his son (who lives across the street). We have been trying to call and arrange the repairs with them but they have not correct even the smallest items. The broken window, chip in the bath tube, and the floor repairs are the most pressing issues. Yet they have not made any effort to correct anything. I would NEVER recommend any one to buy a home they have built.

An the son likes to say he is a former Marine, but he must be one that has lost his pride in what he does.

I have always believed "A person is as good as their word. If your word is no good than ..." Guess where they fall!
