The sales people were very helpful. But the checkout experience wasn't very pleasant. The woman never looked you in the eye for one thing. The next thing were her disgusting fingernails. They were long to the extreme and unpleasant to look at. Hasn't anyone told her. I was in there last year and she was the same way. That's why I hadn't come back in a year. Doesn't Ace Hardware have a dress code. I dont understand how you can work like that. It makes me think that shes mentally ill and Ace Hardware doesnt care.

The folks at Ace hardware are very helpful we had some items stolen from our business and the folks helped us out by tracking serial and model #'s great group of people.
