So I read the comments about the shop despite I still went , first I was there on time and she made me wait 45 mins while talking on the phone , so then , she was finally about to start my hair and got another call so she kept talking on the phone so about a hour and 30 mins later than my appointment we got started first she was braiding extremely tight I've been to multiple African salons and can deal with the pain, but this one was different also she was very rough even though it was accidental it was too much I kept getting hit in the face and thumped on the shoulder and also I'm used to having 2 people work on my head but not 3 they were pulling three different ways with these tight braids I shed some tears , because it was so painful. Also usually at an African salon I spend about 4-6 hours for box braids this one I was in there for 11 so when they were finally done the original price was $220 and because I used so many packs of hair because I have a lot of hair it went up and the whole Time I was thinking I am not coming back here, and the braids weren't that great there were bubbles and things and some of the bottoms are twisted like wtf , idk what 2nd stylist name was but she was good other 2 not so much but yea i did not like that

I will never go here again!!! I went to the salon a week prior to my appointment. I was told to bring $200 for the style I wanted because my hair was thick and would take a little longer. I came to the salon and had my hair done. I payed and one of the employees and left, the owner even said by to me in the parking lot. Three hours later she called me back. She told me the price was $230 not $200. I feel like she changed the price on me after she saw me driving away in a nice car. When her employee took my money there were no issues. I thought that because the shop was clean and appeared to be professional it would be a good place to get my hair braided but I will never patronize this establishment again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They also braid way too tight!!!

I choose this salon bc of the great customer service. The employees don't just style your hair they teach you how to keep it healthy. Most importantly the price is consistent and the service is always on point. Love them love them!

I went to go get fluffy twists last week! I have already had 10 to 12 to fall out. Poor workmanship and the owner kept putting me off to fix the work because they were busy. She honestly thinks I'm supposed to take off work again to fix something that was done wrong? I will never go to this shop again and I recommend if you want sloppy work then this is the place to go
