They suck, only care about rent money. Management and owner don't do nothing to help you if you have a problem, if you need maintenance or anything done by then your screwed. They don't offer not even 1 parking space that's yours and they tell anyone you can have 3cars per house. The neighbors in here some are idiots. The park takes your yard and lot away to make room for new bigger homes coming in here due to being stupid and putting a home too large for the lot ..i hate this place and oh yeah the rent goes up every yr cuz again they only want money and forget you and your needs and problems...don't move here you will hate it.
