I have called several times for three days and I don't know if the young lady that answer the phone could sense it in my voice that I was a little upset. Ms Holt ask if she could help me in anyway, she did not refer me to an answer machine which I have been sent to several times with no respond back. Ms Holt communication skill with me calm me down where I wasn't upset any more. Ms Holt professionalism was OUTSTANDING!!! When dealing with other things doing the work day I can say it's wonderful to hear a real voice being very kind, pleasant to you. THANK YOU Ms Holt for being the person that you are and that's a five star, something I will always remember...
