The website advertises to offer "Courteous Service," but the owner (Kevin) is far from courteous. He's short ill-tempered, impatient and could definitely use some personal training in positive rapport and good customer service skills while interacting with customers. Considering my personal experience with the owner, I'm quite surprised that he advertises himself as a Christian business ("John 3:16" on his website). On a separate note, pertaining to the work, it's very difficult to see how this shop advertises as a "custom" Muffler Shop, but only if it is to "factory" spec? I fail to see "custom" in this concept. If it is "custom," it is not "factory." As an example (this was not my situation, but offering an example), if you own a vehicle with a motor swap/upgrade (e.g. swapped from a V4/6 to V8), since it is not "factory" and he has to complete work that is to "factory" spec's, this is not the shop for you. If you're a car enthusiast, with a custom build (to include show vehicles), this is not the exhaust shop for you. As a seeking customer, do yourself a great favor. Your efforts would be best suited with a true "custom" exhaust & fab shop, like I found with "Ramey Built," in Virginia Beach. If you're looking for factory replacement and you can ignore the poor hospitality, this "may" work for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend seeking exhaust work, elsewhere.

This place is very resonably priced. They asked me exactly how I wanted my exhaust tips positioned. Very friendly down to earth people and most importantly, I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing exhaust work in the Hampton Roads area.
