Provided by YP.comCustomer service representative sold me wrong cord and did not test it out. Then refused a refund when I brought it back unopened within an hour. Then called the police instead of customer service to work out something with me. He even admitted to the dispatcher that "I wasn't being disruptive, he just wanted me out of his store."
