Terrible customer service. Can't follow directions, refuses to admit mistakes or issue a refund even when items unwearable. You just lost thousands of dollars worth of future business over ten bucks worth of dry cleaning.

If you must use their service - do not prepay. You will receive your items whenever it is convenient for them. Also, the date and time on the receipt mean absolutely nothing. The manager does not work out of this location but must be reached before noon. I never did talk to her. The only reason that I am giving them one star is because the lady that I spoke to (in place of the manager) was very nice and helpful but she really didn't do anything for me either.
