I have been going to Jewel for braids for over 20 years. She is an awesome stylist and I am always pleased with her work. Thank you so much Jewel for all of your years of service!!

Braids by Jewel is Awesome Ms Jewel is so humble and educates you on you hair ... I got Loc extensions done in no time she is fast and best of what she does I am grateful that I came to Jewel I recommend her to anyone that wants excellent hair service

Very professional and did a wonderful job on my God daughters goddess braids. I contacted her at the last minute and she was able to give us an appointment. Will definitely go to her again.

First of all I want to say I spent weeks researching twists and places in Hampton that provided this service. After seeking out a few different places I decided to give Braid By Jewel a call. I spoke with Jewel (the owner) several times and corresponded by email with her. She is so pleasant and a genuine sweetheart! I was excited to go to her salon. I was a bit worried as I had to bring my children along and salons are notoriously known to not be child friendly. But boy was this unlike any other salon! Ms. Jewel and Erika both were extremely accommodating to both my children and I. We were there for about 6 to 7 hrs and it was such a friendly environment. Ms. Jewel had Erika service my senegalese twists and Erika is absolutely amazing! She did such a fantastic job. Braids by Jewel is truly a treasure in Hanpton! If you are on the fence of where to go trust me when I say the prices are fair especially for the work these women do. I will never visit another place again! Braids by Jewel is my go to salon from here on and I would recommend this place to everyone! I've gotten so many compliments on my hair! Love love love Braids By Jewel!!!!

as a customer i was very happy with service and the styles.my hair was neat and lookin better than i expected. out of a 1 - 10 id give braids by jewel an 11.i would recommend anybody to go to braids by jewel.thanks jewel
