I've lived in one of their rentals for 3 years.

I will admit that the house isn't luxury accommodations and requires some motivation of your own to maintain.

That being said - I am able to live in a great neighborhood, zoned for great schools and my rent is much cheaper than other homes around here.

I am capable of doing minor repairs myself - and have done so for my own convenience. The one time I have needed something fixed that was above my skill level (a furnace that wasn't firing properly) they were very polite on the phone and sent someone out to fix it that day.



It's definitely not perfect but the ability to have my kids in a safe neighborhood and in good schools within my budget outweighs any of the other issues.

This place is a joke the way they talk about caring for the customer and then making absolutely no effort to actually do so. Problems go unaddressed for weeks and months and they will attempt to charge you for quite literally anything they can, reasonable or otherwise. I've lived all over the country, rented and owned property, and this is hands down the worst rental experience of my life. How they manage to stay in business is one of the great mysteries of my lifetime. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!
