I can't believe I bought a descent set of tires for my wife 3 months ago with a warranty.She punctured her tire with the medal still in the tire. The guy tells me I have to pay $23 for a new one, WHAT ARE YOU KIDDINGME? The guy said read the back of your receipt, sir. REALLY?SERVICE. ..He didn't attempt to accommodate my needs, I just wanted my questions answered. So I looked on the back of my receipt and there it was, however 2/23 of an inch. ( TREAD WEAR INDICATORS). AFTER 3 MTHS USE. My wife does less than 6 miles to work. I been hoodwinked. DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!!! NEWPORT NEWS, VA LOCATION...

Although I was able to reach a "front desk person", it was ridiculous to go through the pharmacy. Why can't the warehouse phone number be listed in addition to the pharmacy number? ( I hvae never used the pharmacy however it was the only way to get this submitted.)

I am a very regular shopper at Costco and have had quite a few awful experiences with the employees being rude the only time they seem to try to help you is when they are closing and want you out of the store. Also I have had very good interactions with several of the employees so it is up and down I always joke with my husband and say I wonder how this trip will end up!!!
