I booked an appointment with this company after speaking with the owner Robert. He assured me that I was going to leave a happy customer. I got the full-service detail for $125.00. I arrived at 1:30 pm. When I came inside the building the guy asked me to show him my car. As soon as I opened the door he said "ummmm this car isn't bad at all." By 3:30pm the guy informed me that my car was finished. He took me to go look at my car and I immediately noticed they did a half job. The inner console was still dirty, the cup holders still had dirt and sticky stuff on it, the seats were half vacuumed, the rims had dirt still left on them, underneath the driver and passenger seat had dirty spots and was not vacuumed well, the driver door was dirty, the car smelled like oil - like a mechanic was working on my car. There were so many issues I was disgusted. The guy with the glasses explained to me that he wasn't the one that cleaned the inside of my car and that he left to get gas for their machine. He was blaming the other guy instead of taking the blame for the whole team. He also had an excuse for everything I pointed out to him. For example, I asked him to clean a sticky spot that was on the flat surface where the gear shift is housed. He told me "that can't come out - that's a stain." To prove him wrong, I used my fingernail to show him that it wasn't a stain. He then wiped it up. This went on and on with everything I pointed out to him. I didn't leave until 5:14pm. I called the owner in the meantime and told him about my experience. The astounding part was that the owner never offered me anything for my inconvenience or for my time. When I received my car, I noticed the windows had streak marks all over them. I will never go back to this place. And I will be telling everyone I know about my experience here. Oh icing on the cake, I had loose change on the floor in my car and a granola bar. My change and granola bar was gone when I received my car back - smh

Great service and the best prices for detailing in this area. Had an exterior detail done on my 3-series and it looked brand new when they were finished. Very friendly service, called me as soon as my car was ready for pickup. Will be a repeat customer and will tell all of my friends/family.
