The Hidenwood is a great community. I would highly recommend. They operate as a large family and you can tell. Great care from top to bottom. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing!!! They host amazing events that are so much fun.
10/10 recommend!!!!

I went to finally see Nanny's (my grandmother's) new spot today and check out Hidenwood. What an awesome place!! Everyone, from the residents to each and every staff member we met was so nice!

Concern and briefing of The Hidenwood gave much interest to pursue residency for my mom.

Answered all questions pleasantly and clearly. Explained information in a logical orderly manner which helped me have a picture of what my life would be as a resident.

From our initial contact with Zsavonne we have had nothing but excellent service. We are truly blown away with the facility, the staff, the amenities -- but by far, the service we received was outstanding. Zsavonne's professionalism, knowledge & overall presentation was what really sold us.

Zsavonne is so pleasant & explained everything so well. This place is so nice with so many amenities.

The tour held by Mr. Cook was very informative and answered all of our questions. We have toured 15-20 different communities over the last few years and Hidenwood by far exceeded all expectations and Mr. Cook was wonderful. Our only concern at this time is the size of the bathroom due to our mother having a motorized wheelchair.

The tour with Chris was very informative and increased my interest in having a mother move to The Hidenwood. The community is lovely and well-kept.

Paul and I would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge and thank everyone who took part in setting up an amazing atmosphere for Mom's Celebration of Life service on Saturday, September 17. Everything from the clean, bright room to the fresh table linens was perfect. Even during a busy weekend, we enjoyed the intimacy necessary for a reverent service. We would like to thank Zsavonne Perryman for setting it up at the time most suitable for both our family and the community. She coordinated the setup, continued to supply needed items with great attention to detail and the servant's heart that she embodies. Also, a big thank you to Chef Carter Sheldon, Sous Chef Roger Blount and Sean for the set up well in advance of the event. They were so accommodating. We had nothing to do except place the items that we brought with us. The food was delicious, plentiful, and beautifully displayed-truly a feast for the eyes.

We would definitely recommend the Sunroom at The Hidenwood and your compassionate, highly gifted and capable people to any residents and/or family members for an intimate venue for their events! We and Dad deeply appreciate everything that was so lovingly done for our family and friends on such an important day.

Highly Informative. Questions I thought about were readily answered with additional updates and changes explained.

Very pleasant staff and service personnel. The facility is well-maintained, beautiful condition. Enjoyed my cheeseburger for lunch. Had a good briefing on all aspects of The Hidenwood

Tour was very energetic & informative. Residents seem very well taken care of & happy.

Nice place and friendly staff. The executive director gave us the tour and she was very nice and knowledgeable.

All your staff are hardworking and amazing, from the top leadership throughout: Ashley Jackson, Zsavonne Perryman, the Dining Room staff, Chef, Concierges! And especially Somi for getting us through Covid w/Zoom calls weekly.

Everyone was so nice and friendly on my tour. The reviews were right. I hope my mom does get the "fuzzy wuzzys" coming to The Hidenwood.
