Ms. Perryman was wonderful and answered every question we had. We toured the community for our mother and feel like it will be a good fit for her.

Zsavonne was a great help in exploring how living at the Hidenwood would look; feel like. The atmosphere was friendly and clean and inviting. Apartment was appropriate size & amenities. Activities and outdoor area were appropriate amounts and varieties. Was glad to know the care provided can increase as needs change and no move necessary.

The friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us, also, no matter the level of care our loved one may need she will never have to move communities The resident can age in place which we really loved.

My father Alphonso Hughes, has been a resident of The Hidenwood Community for six months. It has been a positive experience for him and ultimately our family.
Our first meeting was with Ms. Zsavonne Perryman, Community Affairs Director, who made us comfortable and wanting to hear and see more of the facility; she is outstanding at her job. Because we were in the midst of the COVID-19 virus when Dad moved in, Ms. Perryman setup his apartment and made him feel comfortable, therefore calming the stresses and fears of our family.
The Staff, appropriately known as Teams, are all playing a committed part in his care. We get personal updates as well as communications about activities and wellness of the Community.
