Just spent the last 40 minutes chatting via FaceTime with my 90 year old mother. We can’t visit because of the facility COVID lockdown.

I was pleasantly surprised by her first words, “Hi, Mark and Lori!” I wasn’t sure she would even recognize us.

She is doing fine and sounds great. She giggled and laughed as I shared all of our recent videos and pictures of all her great grandkids. Thank goodness for technology.

Thank you so much Hidenwood Long term care facility for doing this for us. Peace of mind.

The staff is amazing. Their level of caring and helpfulness is unparalleled. My parents were looking into assisted living with my father looking at hospice. They walked us through the process and answered questions, even when our move wasn't immediate. They are professional without losing compassion.

Terrific marketing director Zsavonne Perryman. Very knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time with us explaining the options, touring the facility. Great updated rooms. Lots of well planned activities.

Zsavonne was absolutely tops! What a great ambassador for your facility - She explained everything in great detail - Great personality.

Beautiful location; organized efficient organization; great tour and fabulous Director of Marketing and Community Relations. As a daughter, I feel great about The Hidenwood after this tour.

While you want to stay at home as long as you can, this is a place you can get excited about moving to.

Very nice, especially like that as care needs advance, steps are in place for the residents to get that level of care without having to move again. Also, activities are varied for different interests.

Residents looked and seemed happy. Nice size rooms.

We just moved my mother in on 10/29/19. Zsavonne has made this transition into a wonderful experience for the whole family. All of us have been treated awesome so far. I will strongly recommend The Hidenwood along with Ms. Perryman. Thanks so much and we look forward to this new adventure.

The Hidenwood is very nice. I will be able to play the piano and do crafts. The community is very organized.

We were very comfortable with Hidenwood. I want to honestly thank you for all your help during this process — it truly was a pleasure meeting you and the rest of the staff. While Hidenwood will not be Mom’s new place, I can certainly attest to the very positive experience we had with you all during our search.

I would like to thank the Hidenwood staff for the excellent facility that you take care of. My mother was a resident for 2 years. She felt safe and loved by the nurses and the entire staff her final days over the past two years were fun and active and as she said “too much good food”. We lost our mom on 7-24-2019 to an aneurysm at the age of 90. She was pampered and spoiled and enjoyed her life at The Hidenwood. The staff was so attentive And friendly. I highly recommend the Hidenwood for your loved ones. We have Peace knowing her last days were filled with joy. So grateful to all of you.

We have been working with the Hidenwood over the last few weeks to get my mother established there. They have been so patient and helpful throughout this process. Even though she has not yet taken possession of her apartment I feel sure she will be very comfortable there. It is a very beautiful place to live.

The staff is wonderful and caring! The piano in the sunroom is really nice, especially for those who play it.
