After driving 8 1/2 hours, in rain arrived at your facility to be told, even though I had the confirmation sheet from InTown, I did not have a reservation. Finally, the clerk found a room and told me it would be about 30 minutes, it is now 3:00PM, since the previous party just checked out. Paid cash for a 7 night stay!. Finally after 55 minutes, given the room key.Entered the room, filthy, cigarettes ashes throughout, the bed linens soiled as well as the bedspread. The kitchen facility, deplorable. Dust and soil on the scratched up clothes rack. The bathtub still had soap rings. Paint peeling from the wall and ceilings.Went right to the desk, took the clerk on a tour of the room, which, he agreed with the findings. Ironically, in the next room as the clerk inspected,was housekeeping partying and laughing and no one approached them. DEMANDED my money back. The clerk then called, I think the manager, to get permission and how to handle the money return. Finally, after being there 1 hour 45 minutes, received my cash and left. Had to now search for a place to stay. Knowing this, not even a reccommendation, or a suggestion from your desk clerk. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. One couldn't imagine the filth,dirt and odor that permeated the hallways and especially the room. From having my confirmation rejected(internet confirmation letter) to the facility state,you should immediatly look into this facility. I would be ashamed and embaressed to be associated with such an establishment. I cringe while adressing this letter just having to recall that day to forward to you. Thank you,

I stay 7 days great hotel/ charming, clean , and friendly employee

Wow! I have to stay in a hotel several times a year and this hotel exceeded my expectations. There were free snacks, soda, wine and beer in the evening. The hotel room was designed more comfortably than my own living room. Very impressive.

I live in Texas,signed up to rent my home for the superbowl. Was given 3 different prices,ask for the lower one got the highest one they came out took pictures,got bill disputed it (they were not honest with me about the price)disputed it but did not hear from them. They have not contacted me and I would like to know where I stand? I am out $1495 because a jerk did not listen when I said $895, then after that I was quoted $1195 and here I am about a month from the Superbowl and all I have is trying to make sences of this. Can you help me

Great stay, very friendly service

Made a reservation through Expedia.com. When I arrived, this place is misleading. The rooms look nothing like the photo gallery on expedia.com. The rooms had crawling bugs around it. The restroom also had crawling bugs on the floor. We did not stay here. No one in there right mind would. This place should be shut down. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! This hotel is also in the hood. Looks like they turn tricks there as well as drug deals. We were still charged for the weekend. I called Expedia.com. They did not help resolve the charges. Expedia.com should be ashame of themselves for allowing innocent families to make reservations at this nasty hotel.

Stayed at the intown suites in San Antonio, TX. The courtesy officer is a disgusting witch. She is rude and dangerously strange. She does not do a good job of securing the area. She is lazy and lacks the proper courtesy officer skills.
