Max did a great job installing my new HVAC system. He's fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Also, with the help of the Maximum Air Team back at the shop fabricating and delivering the metal duct work, Max was able to install my outdoor and indoor units in one day. Very satisfied with the install and cleanup. As a homeowner for 30+ years, Max and Maximum Air is the best HVAC installer/repair technician and company I've worked with. So grateful for Max. He saved us twice on different occasions. He's quick and honest, respectful of neighbors property as well as our own. I called Max at Maximum Air, Inc. after I (unfortunately) made an error installing my new NEST internet connected thermostat. I didn't buy my NEST from Maximum but they are listed by NEST as an authorized installer. I received excellent support from Max that enabled me to correct my installation myself and get my system running immediately. Thank you Max. First class service and I wasn't even a current customer. Maximum air did an amazing job replacing my HVAC system. They ran into some additional issues causing more work and time and the price the quoted me stayed the same! The job looks very clean and neat. 2 hours after they finished and my home is feeling comfortable already! I definitely made the right choice when I chose maximum air!

Recently we did replace our HVAC unit by MAXIMUM AIR. On first meting Max made one excellent presentation about HVAC units to show us difference in each performance was very easy for us to make right choice> We chose two stage zoning system which is extremely user friendly and energy efficient. Our experience with Maximum Air went above and beyond ours expectations. The technicians were extremely professional and efficient. To our astonishment, they completed all the work in only two days. I would highly recommend them to all my friends that are having trouble with their heating and air conditioning.

Excellent, prompt, courteous service - MUCH better than any other local A/C/heating company I have dealt with in the past 22 years I have lived here in Newport News. Refreshing to see a professional in this industry. Max himself came to the house, even though his crew were working on a new building site. He discovered the problem literally 3 seconds after removing the cover from my A/C unit. He had the part on the truck, replaced it, and (sorry Emeril...) BAM - it was fixed! Total time from arrival, diagnosis, fix, pay, a short chat about preventive maintenance, and me back to work, 20 minutes. You can't ask for better than that.

Highly recommended! I filled out the online form requesting a phone call from Maximum Air Heating & Cooling Inc. on Tuesday 7/19/11 at 7:50 AM. I received a call from Max himself at 8:01 AM. I was impressed with the prompt return call! Max was able to come to my parents' home the same day and provide an estimate, during which he also suggested an audible thermostat for my mother who is blind. The audible thermostat would enable her to adjust the thermostat temperature; a feature we did not know existed. On 7/20/11, the workers arrived 45 minutes early. During the installation process they incurred a few problems, in which they immediately notified me before progressing any further. We were able to agree on fixing the problems at the most economical cost. Im impressed with their professionalism and how well they treated my family. I selected Maximum Air Heating & Cooling because of the positive reviews I read online. I would definitely choose them again.

I highly recommend Maximum Air for your HVAC needs. I set up my appointment online on a Sunday and received a response very quickly. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time (even a little early, a welcomed change), shook my hand, and had a smile. He paused to take off his shoes which shows a level of respect not often found in vendors today. Max diagnosed my problem in no time. He explained "If WE are lucky it is only a simple contactor switch. He had the repair part in the truck. Max also answered all my questions and even showed and explained how I could improve my duct work. Can't say enough about Maximum Air. Highly recommended! A rare gem in the world of shady vendors. Thanks Max! you went above and beyond to figure out the problem. These days it is hard to find a company that puts the customer before the bottom line so I was very impressed and would absolutely recommend them to others. He was fairly priced and did good work. If I have a problem again I will definitely call Max. Will be doing a home addition and Max will get the AC/heating work. The company doing my home remodeling/renovation is Hatchett Home Improvement Co. and I have recommended to this firm to get in contact with Maximum Air and to use Maximum Air as one of their subcontractors.
