UNKNOWLEDGEABLE

I have gone through the drive thru for their "new" premium coffees about 3 times. The first time I tried it , it was great. The second time I went through to get some the MANAGER that was there didnt even know they offered the flavor I was asking for. He gave me some plain bitter iced coffee that I had to call and complain about once I got home and I went in the next day to get a free one and he didnt even apologize for HIS error. Another manager that was there said they all attended the same class so she didnt know why he was so confused and rude! The third time I went thru the drivethru for the coffee, they gave me some bitter coffee again. I asked for the liquid sugar (that it says on their website page as one of the ingredients) they looked at me like I had two heads and offered me some sugar packs!!!

Thats one item I won't ever try to get from that mcdonalds...they dont need new items they know nothing about from their own website.
