I ordered a 1/4 Pounder with no onions or ketchup and asked to add mayonnaise. I was charged .39 for the mayo. This is an insult when added to the total lack or attempt of courtesy on behalf of the employees at every Mcdonald's in Denbigh.
If I owned this franchise, I'd fire every manager and hire people who understand the concept of customer service and how a lack of it will lose customers. I would then fire ANY employee who couldn't or wouldn't say "Thank you to EVERY customer.
Suffice it to say I am done with Mcdonald's in my neighborhood.
