Ended up driving to the airport myself. I called the day before to arrange for a cab to the airport. I was told that they would call and confirm the morning of my cab reservation, they never called. I called them a 1/2 hr before scheduled pick up time and they confirmed my reservation. It is now a 1/2 hr past my scheduled pick up time and I still have not heard from them. They don't even deserve 1 star! If only I had looked at the reviews ahead of time---lesson learned!

Update: almost 24 hours later. THEY NEVER CALLED!!

It took them a whole a hour to send someone to pick me and my children up. I finally call them back and told them to forget it. Horrible customer service.

Cars not clean,drivers smell like rotten milk& rude!! They never have change,& always late!!!
