Staff lack professionalism. Do not accept "verbal confirmations" from the staff -they will "not remember," nor keep their word. The company's rental agreement and operational policies are designed to ensure difficulty in making timely payments.

-Do Not Allow Direct Deposit
-Will Not Accept Electronic Payments
-Post Dated Checks Unauthorized
-Late Payments Due to Postal Service Delays are Subject to Late Payment Fees
-No exceptions, no tolerance, no grace for extenuating circumstances (death in family etc)

Highly Recommend Not Using Their Services. If you already have a contract Good Luck.
