The front staff man was incredibly rude and didn't want to answer any of my questions. The staff in the dog area didn't know anything about the animals and refused to go find out when I asked them to.

The best decision I ever made! People are very knowledgeable.

It was very clean building was old, but very maintained, employees are very knowledgeable about the laws, the animals and what our needs are. We adopted our cat that very same day!!
